Standard Bank Insurance - Useless.

After putting in an emergency claim for wind damage to my home on 27 Aug 2024, I have to constantly follow up with Standard Bank Insurance. Calling Standard Bank Insurance this morning, I was told that the claim must still be internally assessed. I have been insured with them for 20 years.
