Standard bank insurance - ****** useless

Probably the most useless insurance I have ever had to deal with. Takes days to get through on their call lines and their service is absolutely pathetic. Take your money for years and years but when it comes time to claim then all of sudden they dont cover this and that. Blady useless company! I am cancelling immediately. Even if I have to pay more, it does not matter. I would rather pay more to receive and actual service than to have no service at all.
