Standard Bank insurance unresolved claim

Standard bank insurance-Worst Insurance Company ever . We had a vehicle crash through our boundary wall on 2 March 2026. Reported the incident to Standard Bank Insurance the same day ***/483140 , till to date we have not received a honest response from them regarding our claim. They want us to take a ridicules settlement to repair the wall which is way less than the quotes is to repair it. We have given them all the details of the person and vehicle that went through the wall,even there own insurance company is waiting for Standard Bank Insurance to get to the point. We will not take the settlement, we want the wall to be fixed. Because of the wall being on the N1 highway it is creating a serious safety hazard and risk to my family. Standard Bank Insurance does not provide any protection to there clients , delay tactics to draw out the process , waiting weeks to get answers.
