Standard bank insurance unpaid claim

I lodged a claim about a geyser that was leaking and damaged my ceiling and my wardrobes at standard bank in November 2024,, they sent a plumner that came to replace my geyser and my ceiling and my wardrobes are still damaged the carpenter that they sent to fix it never finished the job, so I've been phoning standard bank since December but they're not giving a straight answer I'm sitting at home with a dirty ceiling and damaged wardrobe but I'm paying my insurance ever month I need help
