Standard bank insurance. Undwrite by LIBERTY

A lady from Standard Bank called me on the 4th April 2019. She told me she would follow up with the assesor and the She promised to calle back on the 8th April 2019. As of yet nothing came of it. No response from her.

The day i launched my aim a lady of Liberty called me as well and i was told that she would follow up and she will send me her contact details so that I can call her at any time should i need assistance. To date no details or any other follow up response from her.

The ombudsman said they will look into it. No response as yet.
