standard bank insurance too stressfully

I have standard bank cashback hospital plan. I have put in a claim in February unto now nothing has materialised. every time when I call I got told that risk are busy with my claim and the don't even call me to inform me. I must spend 20 minutes trying to get answers but no answer after. I don't understand why the don't call me to update me.
