THIS IS THE WORST /PATHETIC INSURANCE COMPANY IN THE WORLD. I have lodged a claim with them ± 4 weeks ago for a burst pipe in my house. They have paid out for the damage pipe. There was damage to a carpet in the bathroom as well. It took them 2 weeks just to get a quote from the company that will replace the carpet. We choose to get a payment from for the damage carpet. Now every time I phone i am told that the payment will be done in 24 - 72 hours. I wait and then nothing happens. Then I phone again and they tell me the same story payment has been approved and will reflect in your bank in 24 - 72 hours. And so we go round and round no payment. They are just not interested to solve this matter. I will not advise anybody to use this Insurance Company - ever. You cannot complain to anybody higher up because you cannot phone them directly (very convenient ) they will phone you. And guess what - nobody phones you. They do not care about their customers.
