Standard Bank Insurance the worst insurance company

<p>Is it OK for insurance company to telephonically sell you policy but not send documentation. I app**** in April for accident protection policy and have been paying it since then yet Standard Bank insurance still have not posted my policy after I asked them on two separate occasions. I have now cancelled due to this reason yet they refusing to return my payments made.What is the use they say you can cancel within 30days after viewing the written policy if you never get to see it or if I was in an accident my family wouldn't know I have a policy because I have no written proof.Yet when I cancelled that was sent in writing.I would like a full refund please as I'm not at fault here Standard Bank Insurance is and it's the most useless insurance I've ever joined with the worst staff attitude</p>
