Standard Bank insurance the worst

Although they broke into my house vandalized it and me can't use it. And although I send all the necessary documents and claim approved by standard bank. They suddenly stopped all the work. The result I can't use my house. And although my policy states I must get rent until such time my house is fixed. Nothing forthcoming. Standard bank still reviewing my claim. It's the worst position for me. No house no rent it's holidays now and I normally rented out my house over holidays. Now know rent no repairs nothing
