Standard Bank Insurance_ The absolute worst customer service!

Standard Bank Insurance _ the absolute worst customer service! We have lodged a claim on 17 July 2020. It took Standard Bank 2 months to get a service provider to our home, and after another month of waiting, we patiently await them to arrange for the repair. I can't wait to be done with this claim and switch over to Outsurance, who, despite Covid delivers excellent customer service. Standard Bank go back to the drawing board, you can't even get the basics right when it comes to customer service. I tried (emphasis on tried) lodging another claim this morning with Standard Bank, what a nightmare! I can't wait to switch over to a competent service provider! You don't even deserve the one star rating that I am giving you!
