Standard Bank Insurance terrible service. Disgusting response time!

I have been trying to get hold Standard Bank Home Insurance because I need to submit a claim. I have tried 4 times today and been on hold for over 1 hour. I have yet to speak to anybody. I submitted a claim via e-mail and yet to receive a reply. In mean time the pipe is still leaking and wasting a lot of water, as well as creating further damage to my property.
