Standard bank insurance terrible service

My sister reported the issue with her geyser around 12th and 16th June 2020. She was told that someone will come and inspect the damage but till today(23rd June 2020) no one came. She has been trying to contact Std bank insurance offices for days now. She hasn't been contacted after been told someone will come.
