STANDARD BANK INSURANCE SUCKS.....!!!!

A month has almost past and we still waiting on the payout from our insurance claim. Standard bank insurance are delibrately delaying the claim to frustrate us as the consumers. Their attitude in their email response we can escalate the matter to the insuarance ombudsman if we want to. Is this the standard of service that you give to your regualar and loyal customers...... Really Standard bank insurance sucks......!!!!
