Standard bank insurance sucks

My husband had an accident in March. We had submitted all the paper work in April. After several calls and emails back and forth we had to resubmit in May. On 15 May it was confirmed that payment would be made and up until today nothing. I had to send another follow up email today and again was promised payment. 3 months and counting to process a claim. Please people don't go with this bank for car insurance.
