Standard bank insurance sucks!!!!

I joined standard bank insurance aka liberty in the beginning of the year. Premium was R108. I lodged a claim with them until today i wasnt given feedback about my claim for my washing machine. Tried phoning and i cant get through wasting airtime. Send emails no reply. Its now december no feedback from liberty's side. Last week received an email that my premium will be 200% more than this year. For what???? Your increase is ****** rediculous and you obviously have issues to pay out..... why do i have insurance if you are looking for reasons not to pay out. Not even phoning the customer as to why you are not paying out!!!! Useless service !!!
