STANDARD BANK INSURANCE SUCKS

What pathetic service. To think that we pay our home insuarance regularly and we are subjected to no service from Standard Bank insuarance. My aircon packed up during July (claim 24/053632). Std bank send out first assesor they came without a ladder and tools to come and asses the condition of the aircon. I had to borrow my ladder and toolbox to the guy top get to the aircon. This is after a week of phoning and begging this company to come out. They did the assesment and made up a story (after no proper assesment) which were not satisfied with. I requested a second assesment of which I received prompt response from the assesment company. In my several follow up with Std bank they wanted pics of the previous aircon of another room (which we tried to claim for last year but were unsusseful)which has got no bearing on this claim however send the pics with the new claims pictures which the assesor also took. I made several calls up to today no response from Standard Bank Insurance, but Im good to pay my monthly premium religiously. Standard bank Insuarance division sucks........they have no people skills, lack of professionalism, no work ethic.
