Standard Bank Insurance Still Sucks

6 Weeks since claims have been logged with SBI; already posted their bad quality of service on HelloPeter two weeks ago. Sad news is that their Social Media Complaints Special also tries her best to forget about you. My Lightning Claim has still not been settled after numerous emails forwarding every time all documentation repeatedly and asking for them accept proof of receipt or just give me a status like "sorry the documents are not sufficient", but instead they conveniently forget about you in the hope that you will forget too. Standard Bank Insurance is an excuse for an Insurance Company.
