Standard Bank Insurance, still SubStandard service

Even though I have let senior people in Standard Bank Insurance know that I am concerned about condition of my house, the cleanliness after more than a month ago after the floods, not to mention the structural damage, I am still waiting for someone to start the work. Why do they feel it's okay to ignore customers?
