Standard Bank Insurance, still no service, 2 months later

Even after emailing the contact people at Standard Bank Insurance and posting a complaint on Hello Peter regarding to terrible service and what looks like part of my house falling away, Standard Bank Insurance has still not bothered replying to my email or complaint. The incident took place nearly 2 months ago and they haven't started repair work yet.
