Standard Bank Insurance, stay far far away from them

I have asked 3 times for a copy of my policy and a cost breakdown after they refused to cover damage to my house. Why bother insuring if it's not for unforseen circumstances. Please Standard Bank insurance, send me the details I have asked for so I can switch to an insurance provider that doesn't take my money and not insure the goods.
