Standard Bank insurance - STAY Away!

Worst insurance ever. Stay away!!!! Call Centre will just put you on hold for 20 minutes. Emails go to *********** workers.

We took out building insurance. When we were to claim something they rep**** that there were no insurance until we finished renovations, even though the buildings were still occupied.

I asked the T+C stating that, months later still waiting for that.

I will definitely get other insurance and close all our businesses' Standard bank accounts
