Standard Bank Insurance - Simplicity gone wrong somewhere!!

Claim number: 22-209133 Simple claim process - Signed all the forms, still waiting. Phoned in at least 4 times, sent a few emails and absolutely no-one is responding to update. I need to change my Standard Bank Home insurance back to Momentum insure as I have never experienced such delays with my previous insurer for my previous house. I think I need to start looking at an alternate insurance broker because seeing the complaints here regarding STD bank insurance, it does not look good. Momentum was same day response and next day problem was resolved. (Also a geyser burst).
