Standard Bank Insurance SIL - the worst of all!!!

Standard Bank Insurance SIL must be the most useless and pathetic insurance provider out there!!! I logged a claim a week ago, extremely difficult to get action to start with and then the one consultant just acts more confused than the other. Not understanding internal processes, not knowing what to do and NOT DOING ANYTHING!! I even tried to escalate and management seems to be as pathetic as all the rest. No interest to assist. How can a company like this even exist anymore? And this is not my first bad experience with Standard Bank Home Owners insurance. I've been with them for 17 years and for all the claims I had over this time, the new experience as even worse than the last. And ALL have been extremely bad!!!
