Standard Bank Insurance SIL not playing fair

We are pensioners and have had no water to our house since the earth tremor round about June this year . We are insured with SIL..our borehole is insured...they didnt have a supplier so we had to get our own who quoted just to drill the new borehole as the ground had shifted ..Sil payed for the drilling but we had to put in another claim as the supplier only drilled the hole...the new claim was for the new cables and piping for the borehole to our house..that was put in in October. JJ Holmes (one of their guys) has been the guy who has been fighting this battle for us to managers..assesors..and as at 5th December we still have no water to our house...we never insured half a borehole..it is insured in total..they must restore it to how it was..now we just have a hole in the ground
