Standard Bank insurance - sigh !!

Shocking shocking shocking shocking. Just cannot get good service out of them. They publish.... Between 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday – one of our agents will contact you within 2 hours of receipt of your email.

2 Hours in receipt of your email.... when I am now on days and no response. Last time I logged a claim nothing happened either so I just gave up and never claimed..... gave up on the claim completely. I am sure they make it difficult so you just give up. I am still waiting for somebody, anybody, to respond to my email or make a phone call. Arrrrrggggghhh time to move on to another company.
