STANDARD BANK INSURANCE - SHOCKING SERVICE

I have logged a call on 6 November 2018. To date the claim has not been resolved and no explanation is forthcoming. Everytime you call them, you will have to hold one for more than 30 minutes and then the call will just disconnect and nobody will ever bother to call you.
