Standard Bank Insurance Service sucks

Standard bank insurance is so useless, it is an insurance that keeps deducting premiums on your account but when they come to deliver, they never deliver. Everytime I have a problem, I end up fixing myself from my own pocket because you lodge a claim and they never attend to it. You wait and wait until you get tired. If you talk about frustrating insurance, that's Standard Bank, please be warned consumers. That insurance company must just close, its so useless.
