Standard Bank insurance ****

They are totally ***********. The lady who works for had life insurance on her son. He was ******ed. She delivered all documents requested to Standard bank Fourways’s Crossing almost 4 weeks ago and has still not been paid out. I have contacted bank myself at least 6 or 7 times with no result. The policy states a 24hr pay out. This is disgusting
