Standard Bank Insurance SADLY LACKING!

I have been trying to register a claim for a broken sewage pipe at my home since 29 July 2022 and I am still holding on listening to that music daily for up to 45 minutes to an hour at a time and my calls still have never been answered. I even tried their emergency option but it made no difference. How is one supposed to get hold of assistance?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
