Standard Bank insurance rob you.

We bought a house and app**** for a bond. We had to take out insurance for the building and phoned Standard Bank on a Standard Bank call center... They organized King Price to insure us but then also still debited against the Bond with their own insurance . We were dual insured and we have never seen our Standard bank policy schedule untill now. We were never even contacted by Standard Bank Insurance so that they can organize their policy.

King price has paid out duel insurance refund but Standard bank seems to ignore our requests snd queries.

We have tried for weeks to get a response from them.
