Standard Bank Insurance Rejects valid claims

I have a claim with std bank on my roof regarding the electric storm that hit my house between 22-23 November 2019. My Claim number is 19/094651. During the storm, the water from the room seeped into the house and damaged my electricals. I put through a claim and the insurance refused to fix this issue as they say the house was not build right. I am a third owner of the house and have never been staying there for 3 years. This is the first time this happened and I believe it this were as they say the roof would have been leaking a long ago. Now there has been stronger rains during my stay but the roof never once leaked until now.
