Standard bank insurance rejects claims on baseless investigations

I wish there was zero star ratings. On 25 Feb 2023 I was driving near greenstone shopping center around 5am and I drove over spikes on modderfontein Road. Guys be careful tow truck companies have a bad tendency of placing spikes on the road. Few minutes later my insurance standard bank sent first help a guy called Dillian George to come and assist me at the scene. When first help towed my vehicle with a tow van, they damaged the whole bonnet, front lights area, bumper and side area and front area of my vehicle in the process of towing it to renew it. To make matters worse they towed it to the wrong renew it. First help also they **** to my insurance saying my vehicle was damaged when they got to the scene and I refused that they take pictures. It makes sense that if my vehicle was damaged and I refused them to tow pictures they should have never placed themselves at risk to tow an alleged damaged vehicle without prior pictures. Thank God I have a passenger witness and footage from engen garage that my vehicle was never damaged before driving over spikes that I believe first help placed on the road on purpose because they were sleeping right by where the spikes where, just a coincidence. So I'm sitting with a damaged car and paying for my own courtesy car. Never use first help and standard bank insurance is on their side with no investigations done. Standard Bank did one sided investigations with first help never asked me for my evidence, rejected my car and cancelled my courtesy car knowing very well I use my car for work purposes.
