Standard Bank Insurance refuses to refund me

I'm not happy with Standard Bank's car insurance because, for the past 3 months, they have double-debted me the premium for two cars and I only have one policy for one car. And every month they managed to refund me in a few hours but this month deny to refund me my money by blaming their IT department.

Standard Bank please refund me my money. You have inconvenienced me for far too long!

Thanks for the prompt response. But this needs to be resolved today the 10th Feb 2023. Your agents promised to release the refund yesterday within 4hrs which has not happened. Thanks in advance!
