Standard Bank Insurance Refund

I received my policy update letter for my structural house insurance late last year and to my surprise my premium was increased by over 100%. This debit order went off in Jan and upon investigation and calling into Standard Bank Insurance I was advised that this was incorrect and that I would be refunded the overpaid amount. This was on the 4th of Feb and even after over 10 calls to follow up I am yet to receive my refund.
