Standard Bank Insurance REALLY IS BAD!!!!!!!

Standard Bank Insurance is the WORST insurance I have ever had. They take FOREVER to answer their phones, I reported a BLOCKED TOILET Drain early on 17 June 2022 they have sent me a claim number, but no supplier, This morning the supplier phones me, and I am at work, now they say they can't help at my convenient time. (Since Friday they didn't receive the job card was the supplier comment when I told him, that he was appointed on Friday already)

How does a matter of urgency go so unnoticed? As we only have one toilet. This is also not the first time I have to wait for such a loooooong period of time to get any supplier to my house to repair anything, and their excuse is that we stay far away from Durban?????
