Standard Bank Insurance poorest and worst service in SA. No star should be awarded for service.

This is not a company that keep their word in the insurance department. Communication is exeptionally poor and deals are not kept. Standard Bank owe me almost R30 000 because when my house burnt down they did not use registered builders and I had to redo the electricity by myself in order to obtain a valid electricity sertificate for the house. My lawyers already communicated this problem for the last two years but know one knows at Standard Bank insurance who is supposed to deal with situation.
