STANDARD BANK INSURANCE POOR SERVICE

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life as an insured customer. I registered my claim (22/213183) in December 15 of 2022, till today, I have not received any update from standard bank insurance. I am the one calling every week and following up with them, NOT UPDATE OR FEEDBACK FROM STANDARD BANK INSURANCE. I am definitely cancelling my insurance..
