Standard Bank insurance poor service

Standard Bank Insurance is the worst insurance you can ever use for your vehicle. If you want peace of mind, do yourself a favour and avoid them at costs. Got involved in an incident on October 12th. The car was towed to their trusted panel beaters on the 15th, and I still don’t have it car on the 19th of December. Two month later. The claim rejected some of the parts and I had to pay for them. The car was not prioritised by the repairer or which is why it took over 2 months to get fixed and the insurance never made follow ups. In 3 years I never made any major claim. But when it was time to render a service I pay for, they didn’t make any effort to. So if you want peace of mind, do not for an insurance like Standard Bank who will let you fight with panel beaters they impose on you as a client on your own, while they just collect premiums.
