Standard bank insurance poor service.

I have a claim with Standard Bank car insurance. Today is day 25, and the assessor has no conclusion. I met with him the first week and gave him all the required information. It's just frustrating. I previously had a good experience with Standard Bank insurance, but not what I’m experiencing now!
