Standard Bank Insurance Poor Service

After numerous issues with their contractors not doing their job properly, Std Bank appointed an internal assessor to assist us with our complaints. This man, Unity, who should be sorting out the entire dismal fiasco, now does not return calls, is not finalizing the matter and does not respond to WhatsApp messages. In the mean time my family has to battle with one bathroom, and all the headaches that entails every morning. Its enough to make me move insurance companies after almost 23 years with them. Our issues are still not resolved, five months later.
