Standard bank insurance poor service

I want to cancel my insurance with standard and no one is willing to help they send me from pillar to post I sent the email on the 31july they never respond to my email and Today I went to standard bank the guy who assisted me said he will send me the requirements but when I check my emails nothing standard bank is good in deducting the money and your interest rate is too high I ask you to review my interest your service is very very poor
