Standard Bank Insurance Poor Customer Service and No Value for Money to Clients

Standard bank Insurance is not an insurance worth your money. If you are using it wait until the day you lodge a claim, they will never answer phones nor respond to your email...let alone their ineffective online system which is never working.

I had to leave after 2 months of trying to reach their claims department. It has bren disaster, I was taken to pillar to post by their so called professional consultants. I would never encourage anyone to use Standard Bank insurance. Its a no go area or else you will cry for your monthly contributions when you were not assisted.
