Standard Bank Insurance poor customer service

I would like to warn all home owners out there to avoid Standard bank Insurance as their choice of insurance for their Home/Building. There service is absolutely disgusting!. It is impossible to get through to their call center/customer center. There is absolutely no way of escalating your dissatisfaction to management within their organization. Their customer complaints department do not respond to any emails whatsoever. I have tried to have a water leak resolved since the 5th May 2022 with no success. Standard Bank do not give a damn about their customers, they are happy take take your monthly premium like clockwork but when it comes to any claims they are a total let down. They should NOT be in the Insurance Industry!!!!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone looking for House/Building Insurance, deal with a professional broker and stay away from Standard Bank!!!!!!!!!!
