Standard Bank Insurance - Phumi Ngcombela

Recently we experienced an accident, I was at a real loss as to how to go about sorting things out. My first step was to contact my insurance company with Standard Bank, I was put in touch with an extremely efficient lady by the name of Phumi Ngcombela, I was immediately put at ease with the empathy and understanding she displayed. Little did I realise the support i would be receiving start to end. Phumi immediately took down the details, guided me on the process and stayed in touch throughout. The matter was quickly resolved and although my vehicle did end up a write off, I am grateful to the team that has assisted me in making an otherwise horrible experience bearable and seamless.
