Standard bank insurance pathetic service

I asked to cancel my policy at the 31st of December 2020 when I am moving to a different insurance company only to find out that my insurance was CANCELED on the 15th of December 2020 after paying for the whole month. Submitted two claims on my house insurance due to lightning damage on the 18th of December 2020. Worst service I have ever received and they never call you back.
