Standard Bank Insurance pathetic service!

<p>Standard Bank Insurance has given me the runaround with my property claim.almost a month later and they tell me that is has been aproved but awaiting authorisation from managment.this was 4days ago.surely it dosnt take scientist to finalise a simple claim.</p> <p>A vehicle had collidid into my property gates completly ruining it.i live in a area where crime is spiraling out of control.its jus a matter of time before me or a family memeber become another crime statisitc.</p> <p>All im asking for is that Standard Bank Insurance consultants should learn to keep to their word,dont make a promise and go against it.</p> <p>Anyway i wil continue with my daily calls to the Claims Departmnt in hoping that a miracle wil help me save the day and my drive way gates will be fixed.</p>
