All levels of the organisation involved....from the consultants, so called useless complaints department, "Head Assessing" Stephen Raseobi, "Manager HOC Complex Claims" Mbongeni Nkumane, "Head Insurance Complaints" Louis Muzangwa (most of all), "Head of Operations" Ebrahim Shakeel all the way to "CEO" Lungisa Fuzile. No interest in following up on ACTUAL FACTS given where I was deliberately **** to!!! CEO #Sim shabala...I wonder you know what is the integrity of your employees....and if you know; do you really care?? What a pathetic business!!!
