Standard Bank Insurance over promise and under deliver

The word that come to mind is over promise and under deliver. Every aspect of dealing with Standard Bank Insurance has been a nightmare. First the 30m to an hour waiting time in the call center. secondly, they arrange a contractor that never arrived and when I called the contractor, he said they never got the claim. After rearranging 3 times the contractor arrived. Since then, it has been calling nonstop to follow up after the call center agent promise to provide feedback at a time and never deliver. It is also funny how the managers are always in a meeting. If I only listen to my colleges and never took Standard Bank Insurance as this is turning into the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Please Standard Bank Insurance do not pull Standard Bank name through the mud as I am one of biggest Standard Bank supporters.
