Standard Bank Insurance only respond/function via complains at Hellopeter platform

I first struggle to register a claim for two weeks and i wrote a complain here on this platform and believe I received over 4 calls and contact from standard bank insurance. to help with registering the claim (Claim No: 22/162185). Fast forward after lots of emails to their system nothing has happened up to today, it well over a month. I even contacted a Claims Consultant that I have her direct email but nothing still. I never thought that the service of this standard bank is so bad. I am hopeless, please help!!!
