Standard Bank Insurance not Cancelled Poor Customer Service

I have contacted Standard Bank on several occasion to cancel the insurance policy for vehicle finance with no response, I have email my confirmation of cover from my current insurer on several occasion with no response, I have sent my complaint to their own complaints resolution department with no response. I do understand the new POPI act does not allow them to contact the current insurer to confrirm the confitmion of cover but the contact nunber listed on my banking profile was captured incorrectly they had another family member contact details listed for me so that make me wonder how safe is your information when they had my sisters profile mixed up with mine, I am now stuck with two insurance policies i need to pay for my vehicle,. Can someone from standard bank contact me please, When I call the contact Centre thy advise me they will mail me but I have received no response from anyone at Standard Bank Insurance.
